Prevailing Wage Act

The Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1 et seq.) requires contractors or subcontractors to pay prevailing wages to all laborers, workers, and mechanics who perform work on a public works project. #2122-26 Invitation to Bid – Well Installation

The City of Urbana is requesting bids for installation and pump testing of one 100-125 foot deep monitoring well with casing, screen, and related appurtenances.  Scope of project may be examined, and copies obtained, at the Public Works Department, 706 Glover, Urbana, Illinois, 61802 or through the City of Urbana website found at www.urbanaillinois.us/bids-rfps.

Sealed bids must be received at the Public Works Department, 706  Glover Avenue, Urbana, Illinois by no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Time on December 16, 2021.

The Successful Respondent shall be ready, willing, and able to work with a Library staff team to develop and deploy a new Library website using an open source content management platform and coordinate a contract for a provider to manage ongoing hosting and regular updates.
