Sec. 23-145. Registration of bicycles.
(a) Voluntary registration. Bicycles owned or operated within the city may be registered with the chief of police. No registration or any kind of licensing of bicycles shall be required.
(b) Authority. The chief of police shall provide for voluntary registration of bicycles. Registration shall be by serial number, make, model, and description, on a form provided by the city.
(c) Fee. No fee shall be charged for registration of bicycles under this section.
