Report a Crime

Effective January 1, 2019, the Urbana Police Department changed how it takes some crime reports on lower dollar value incidents. Crime reports on these incidents will now be accepted via a web based report form.
This change is intended to make the reporting of incidents more convenient for the reporting person and make more efficient use of our on-duty officers.

CLOSED The City of Urbana is seeking proposals from vendors who will furnish, program and deliver the specified and necessary components for the livescan equipment for the City of Urbana. Proposals will be received until closing time of 1:00 P.M. (Central Time) on December 9, 2014 at the Urbana Police Department, 400 S. Vine St, Urbana, Illinois. Any proposal received after the closing time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
