The City of Urbana, Illinois in partnership with property owner Robert Venable, invites proposals for the purchase and development of prime real estate located in Downtown Urbana. The Project Area is located in the heart of Downtown Urbana, north of Main Street and between Race Street and Broadway Avenue, the primary arterials of the core Downtown. This project represents an excellent opportunity for a new, mixed-use construction project on a 1.4 acre site.

The City of Urbana, Illinois is requesting Proposals for Redevelopment of 200 South Vine Street in Downtown Urbana. This full city block, which sits at the corner of Green Street and Vine Street, represents an excellent opportunity for a new, mixed-use construction project on a 1.7 acre site.

DEADLINE EXTENDED: Proposals Now Due May 29th, 5:00pm CST

The City of Urbana is represented by CBRE in this RFP process. A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held in the Urbana City Council Chambers on March 18th at 2:00pm; a conference call number will also be made available.

Permits applied for on or after Jan. 1, 2016 are subject to the 2015 IECC and ASHRAE 90.1-2013 with Illinois amendments.
