The Urbana Free Library is seeking HVAC Engineering Services necessary to provide system design, installation specifications, and procedures for the replacement of an existing air handler and two condensing units at The Urbana Free Library.

Site Inspection Date: Time: Immediately after Pre-proposal Meeting **Please note that the inspection site is located in one of the penthouses, which will require climbing a permanently mounted ladder for access.**

All Proposals submitted in response to this Request shall be irrevocable for a period of 90 days after the Proposal submission due date and may not be withdrawn by the Vendor during this period. After such time has elapsed, the Vendor may withdraw the Proposal if it has not selected prior to the request to withdraw. Such withdrawal shall be requested in writing.
