Prevailing Wage Act

The Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1 et seq.) requires contractors or subcontractors to pay prevailing wages to all laborers, workers, and mechanics who perform work on a public works project. RFP: EV Charging Stations (Solicitation #2223-19) (CLOSED)

The City of Urbana is accepting proposals for provision of electric vehicle charging as a service to be located at the City of Urbana Parking Garage and/or other City owned properties by mutual consent.

Sealed bids will be received via email at srtess@urbanaillinois.us for solicitation 2223-19 for EV Charging Stations.

Proposals will be received through 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2022.

 

All bids submitted in response to this invitation shall be irrevocable for a period of 30 days after the Bid submission due date and may not be withdrawn by the Vendor during this period. After such time has elapsed, the Vendor may withdraw the bid if it has not been selected.

RFP 2223-17 Invitation to Bid - Economic Development Marketing Campaign

The City of Urbana Economic Development Division is seeking email proposals for services to develop an economic development marketing campaign to use in attracting development and business to targeted areas within the City of Urbana, as well as, tourists and new residents. The selected firm will be responsible for the development of a marketing campaign that can be used in both digital and print media platforms.
