1. Materials to construct a minimum of two (2) with a potential of four (4) total parklet decking systems

2. Installation of parklet decking systems in downtown Urbana

3. Dismantling of parklet decking systems at end of season

4. Storage of parklet decking system materials when not in use

NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT

HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPORT

The City of Urbana has completed the draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) documenting programs and activities undertaken through its federally-funded affordable housing and community development programs during the year ending June 30, 2020. The draft CAPER will be available for public review and comment during the period beginning Monday October 26, 2020 through Tuesday, November 10, 2020.

The City is seeking proposals to install solar arrays on City-owned single-family residences used by the City to provide transitional housing for low-income families. The proposals sought are to provide for no upfront costs with ongoing costs or fees to the City not exceeding 50% of the value of the energy produced. At these addresses, the occupants' residency may vary in duration. However, the City shall always keep the utility bill in the name of the City. Both addresses subject to this Request For Proposal (RFP) are in Illinois Solar For All (ISFA) Environmental Justice (EJ) zones.
