Preservation Month - Walking Tour of Vernacular Buildings in Historic East Urbana

Celebrate National Preservation Month with a walking tour highlighting vernacular buildings in the Historic East Urbana neighborhood. The tour will begin at the Market at the Square at 10:00AM and will end back at the Market around 11:00. Bring your walking shoes!


This is the third of three tours scheduled for Preservation Month that will leave from the Market at the Square. The others will take place on the 7th and 14th. This tour is a companion to the "Good Form - Understanding Vernacular Building Types" lecture taking place on Wednesday, May 18 at 7:00PM at the Urbana Free Library (Lewis Auditorium).

Preservation Month - Walking Tour of Architectural Styles in West Urbana

Celebrate National Preservation Month with a walking tour highlighting different architectural styles in the West Urbana neighborhood. The tour will begin at the Market at the Square at 10:00AM and will end back at the Market around 11:00. Bring your walking shoes!


This is the second of three tours scheduled for Preservation Month that will leave from the Market at the Square. The others will take place on the 7th and 21st. This tour is a companion to the "What Style is it?" lecture taking place on Wednesday, May 11, at 7:00PM at the Urbana Free Library (Lewis Auditorium).
