State Representative Carol Ammons, State Senator Scott Bennett, and the Champaign-Urbana Public Health District (CUPHD) hosted a virtual town hall meeting to discuss the Coronavirus COVID-19. Please follow these guidelines:
- Only leaves & non-woody plant material accepted
- Leaves must be placed in paper lawn & garden bags
- Place bagged leaves at street curb by 6:00 a.m. on U-Cycle collection day
- No taped leaf bags (bags must be free from any tape)
- No branches or brush accepted
- Ripped/torn bags not accepted - bags must be intact for collection

Busey Avenue will be closed to thru traffic between University Avenue and Clark Street starting at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday March 11 to 5:00 p.m. Friday March 20. This closure is for a storm sewer connection as part of The Gather development project by Broeren Russo Builders, Inc.
