Urbana Public Television

UPTV is the City of Urbana's Public, Education & Government access media center.  Since 1995, UPTV has provided the Urbana-Champaign area with local programming on community issues and events, as well as coverage of the Urbana City Council and Board & Commission meetings.

Urbana Public Television is available locally on Comcast channels 6 & 1096, i3 Broadband channel 6, AT&T U-Verse channel 99 and streaming worldwide on the web.  (Please make sure your browser has Adobe flash enabled if watching our online stream.  View troubleshooting guidelines if you have any issues watching the online stream on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox).

City Council and Board & Commission meetings are available to watch on-demand via the City's website on each individual meeting page.  UPTV also maintains a YouTube channel which hosts a number of locally produced programs.

Members of the public may also submit an informational slide to run on our Community Bulletin Board in between programs.  These may be submitted via email to uptv@urbanaillinois.us in either PowerPoint, .jpg or .png format.
