Weather Permitting: Eastbound traffic along the 700 block of West University Avenue between N Busey Ave. and N Coler Ave. will be reduced to one lane from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2019 due to contract tree removal work by the City of Urbana.
