Sealed bids will be due to The Urbana Free Library on June 21, 2019, at 2:00 p.m.

Allowable means for transmitting proposals: hardcopy only.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 14, 2019, at 2:00 p.m.; and a mandatory site inspection on June 14, 2019, at 2:30 p.m.

The bid documents may be examined and copies obtained, Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. at the Archives on the second floor of The Urbana Free Library, 210 West Green Street, Urbana, Illinois 61801.

Bidders must comply with the City of Urbana’s EEO Contract Compliance Program. Contact the City of Urbana Human Relations Division at 400 South Vine St, Urbana, Illinois 61801 (217) 384-2466.
Contractor and subcontractors are required to pay prevailing wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor.
