CLOSED - Invitation to Bid #2122-04: Curbside Bagged Leaf Collection & Disposal Services

Sealed BIDS to provide curbside bagged leaf collection and disposal services will be received by the City of Urbana at the Department of Public Works, Environmental Sustainability Division, 706 Glover, Urbana, Illinois 61802 until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Monday, August 16, 2021, and opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. at said office. This contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder considering conformity with the terms and conditions established by the City of Urbana in the proposal and contract documents.  The City reserves the right to determine responsibility at the time of award, to reject any or all proposals, to re-advertise the proposed improvement, and to waive technicalities.
