Water Main Break

Illinois American Water says, due to a water main break this morning, water service has been temporarily interrupted so crews can make repairs.

Barring any unforeseen issues, we expect repairs to be made later today and water service restored. Once service is restored, customers in the affected area will be on a boil order.

Any time pressure drops below 20 psi a boil order is required per the EPA to protect customers.
