Urbana Community Media Drupal Camp

The Grassroots Radio Conference is being hosted at the Independent Media Center in Urbana, Illinois from Thursday, July 26th - Sunday, July 29th.

The Alliance for Community Media is holding their Annual Conference in Chicago, Illinois from Tuesday, July 31st - Thursday, August 2nd.

Thus, we figure it's a great time to host a Community Media Drupal Camp in Urbana on Monday, July 30th from 9AM-5PM at the Urbana Civic Center located in downtown Urbana just a few blocks from the Independent Media Center.

The Urbana Community Media Drupal Camp will be hosted as an "unconference" with the majority of the agenda and topics being produced at the beginning of the day by the group attending.  However, topic proposals can be sent before then to Jason Liggett at jcliggett@urbanaillinois.us

This camp is for Drupal developers to build, problem solve and discuss Drupal and its role in community media. It will also connect people who are on the brink of Drupal.

Breakfast snacks and lunch will be made available to attendees.
