Official Notice City of Urbana, Illinois in accordance with the statutes of the State of Illinois, 5 ILCS 120/7.3, any total compensation package that exceeds $150,000 per year shall be posted at least six (6) days prior to approval of said compensation package. The proposed compensation package for the City of Urbana Special Advisor – Integrated Strategy Development is as follows:

• Salary; $150,000
• Health Insurance: $13,342
• FICA & Medicare FICA: $11,475
• Pension Contribution: $17,820
• Life Insurance: $38
• Total Compensation: $192,675 20
