Colbrook to Represent Ward 6

William Colbrook, Chief of Police/Director of Public Safety Parkland College, was sworn in as the new Urbana City Council member for Ward 6. He is seen here with his family, while Mayor Diane Wolfe marlin is swearing him in! Colbrook replaces outgoing Harold "Dean" Hazen who stepped down last month.
