Current Use: Remaining on the site are a vacant one-story former Goodyear Tire building and a paved parking lot; the remainder of the site contains vacant land. 
Lot Size: 76,176 square feet, 1.75 Acres
Population Counts: 84,579 people withing a 10 minute drive, 179,001 withing 20 minutes, and 222,698 within 30.

The Request for Proposal can be obtained from the City of Urbana, Community Development Services Department, Grants Management Division, 400 South Vine Street, Urbana, Illinois 61801 during regular office hours.

To be considered, completed proposal packets must be returned no later than 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at which time proposals will be publicly opened.
