The City Clerk's mission is to provide professional records management, meet all legal notice requirements for meetings, serve as clerk to the City Council and to assist the County Clerk in conducting elections.

The currently elected City Clerk is Charles A. Smyth.

Urbana Fire Fighters Local 1147's 4th annual Trunk-or-Treat Vehicle Show is this weekend! All proceeds go directly to 1147's charity fund which provides donations to local families following a tragedy, as well as donations to other local charities and community needs. This is also an opportunity for kids in community to Trick-or-Treat in a safe environment.
