Annual Action Plan Survey

The Annual Action Plan is a required component of the five-year Consolidated Plan, which outlines the goals and strategies of the Urbana HOME Consortium using a variety of federal funding sources including HOME Investment Partnerships Program and Community Development Block Grant funds. The Annual Action Plan is a one-year implementation strategy for each year of the Consolidated Plan, which identifies how the City of Urbana and the Urbana HOME Consortium will meet community development and housing needs.

FY22/23 Annual Action Plan: City staff are in the process of developing the Annual Action Plan for FY22/23. The public comment period for the draft plan is March 15, 2022 - April 15, 2022. All citizen comment received on the plan will be included in the final version that is submitted to HUD. A draft of the plan is available for review below. Copies are also available at the Urbana Free Library, and at the Urbana City Building (City Clerk's Office & Community Development front desk).
