Mayor Marlin attends Barack Obama's UI message

Mayor Diane Wolfe Marlin was honored to attend the message that former United States President Barack Obama delivered Friday, September 7, 2018 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus.  In fact, she said, via Facebook, that she was, "Speechless."

Obama said his message was simple: "You need to vote, because our democracy depends on it."
