Personal Items Theft/ Criminal Damage Report

Use this form to report incidents in which there is no meaningful and specific suspect information and the total dollar amount of the respective stolen or damaged items is $500 or less.

These reports will only be taken via web report. Please be as specific as possible, adding any information you believe may be relevant to the incident.

For incidents where the aforementioned criteria is not applicable either by exceeding the dollar value or an incident in which there is meaningful and specific offender information, a police officer will come take a police report in-person. .
