Weather Permitting: Westbound traffic along the 1000 block of West University Avenue at Campus Circle Apartments will be reduced to one lane from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2019 due to contract tree removal work by the City of Urbana.
