Open House to Learn More About the Curbanas Pilot Program

Please join the City of Urbana for two open houses to take place at the Urbana Civic Center 
(108 E. Water St. in Urbana) to learn more about a pilot program to construct two Curbanas in Downtown Urbana.
Open House Information:
- Thursday, March 13 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
- Friday, March 14 from 8:00-9:30 a.m.
Curbanas are temporary extensions of the sidewalk which provide space for people to sit, eat and relax in Downtown Urbana. Curbanas can make downtown activity more visible and provide space for outdoor performances.
Two proposed locations:
- On Main Street in front of Cafeteria & Co.
- On Main Street in front of Crane Alley
