Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plan, and Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)
The Grants Management Division is required by the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to complete the following:
The Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) is the 5-year planning document that provides the goals, strategies and activities the City of Urbana and Urbana HOME Consortium will implement to address the needs of the community as required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The Annual Action Plan (AAP) is the document that details the budget and activities to be undertaken each year for projects and activities that address the goals of the Consolidated Plan.
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is an annual performance and evaluation report required by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that identifies the level of progress and accomplishments in meeting the priority goals, strategies, and proposed activities of the City of Urbana's Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) and Annual Action Plan (AAP).
