he Market at the Square returns May 1, 2021.  There will be lots of fresh items, even in the early months, to come on out and see.  Items include (but are not limited to):

From the ground: asparagus, cabbage, cherries, greens, leeks, lettuce, onions, peas, spinach

From the pasture: chicken, beef, bison, lamb, pork, turkey, chicken eggs, goat milk, goat cheese

From the kitchen: artisan breads, donuts & pastries, pasta, honey, hot sauce, popcorn, preserves, salsa, sauces and more!

Young Artist's Studio | Kids Write Poetry!

In honor of National Poetry Month, join Urbana Poet Laureate, Ashanti Files, for a chance to learn about the art of poetry! Participants will learn strategies for writing and using poetry as a tool for self-expression.

Young Artist's Studio is a series of art workshops sponsored by The Urbana Free Library and The Urbana Arts & Culture Program designed to offer youth an opportunity to explore the arts. All events in the series are free and open to the public. The series is designed for children ages 5 to 11 (7 and under with a caregiver). At present, all studio workshops are conducted via Zoom!
