The City is seeking Letters of Interest to provide the City of Urbana with professional services related to pavement analysis on a project level basis.
Professional services will include but not be limited to performing pavement analysis for publicly maintained roadways including arterial, collector and local streets and parking lots on an as-needed basis.
The Request for Letters of Interest may be obtained from the Urbana Public Works Department, 706 South Glover Avenue, Urbana, IL. 61802.

The desired Total Station unit must include the following:
an angular accuracy of five-inches or less;
on-board data collection capabilities and basic survey programs;
ability to measure distances to a reflector or to a reflectorless target;
and a complete system including batteries and a battery charger.
Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday June 21, 2018 at the Public Works Building located at 706 South Glover Avenue, Urbana, IL 61802.

The intersection of East Illinois Street and South Webber Street will be closed to through traffic from 4:00 p.m., Friday, June 15, 2018, through 5:00 p.m., Monday, June 18, 2018, for a water main replacement project done by Duce Construction for Illinois American Water Company.
Access will be maintained to all properties along East Illinois Street and South Webber Street but no through traffic will be permitted through the intersection during the project.

Sealed proposals for the furnishing or delivering & installing materials required in the construction/maintenance of Section # 18-00607-00-SC will be received and at that time publicly opened and read at the office of Director of Public Works, 706 South Glover, Urbana, Illinois 61802 until 2:00 PM on June 21, 2018.
