As part of annual tree pruning, and weather permitting, The City Arbor Division will close Cottage Grove Avenue between Illinois Street and Green Street completely to all traffic from Monday, October 23, 2017 through Friday, October 27, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. daily.
Cottage Grove between Washington Street and Main Street will be closed to thru traffic from Monday, October 23, 2017 through Friday, October 27, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. daily.

The City of Urbana is seeking proposals, for the RESIDENTIAL AND MULTIFAMILY RECYCLING COLLECTION AND PROCESSING SERVICES to determine the cost for providing professional services for both collection and processing of recyclable materials to residential and multifamily dwellings within the City.

On Friday, October 6, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. through Saturday October 7, 2017 until 10:00 p.m., Water Street from Broadway Avenue to the West side of the Black Dog Smoke & Ale House building will be closed for the Black Dog October Festival.
Access to City Parking Lots 1 and 2 as well as access to remaining businesses will be available on Water Street from Race Street.
