Weather permitting; Cottage Grove Avenue between Main Street and Green Street will be closed to thru traffic from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the following days for pruning being done by the City of Urbana Arbor Division:

Between the period of Monday, September 18 and Friday September 22, 2017, an all-way stop will be installed to control traffic at the intersection of Main Street and Smith Road.
In addition to the stop sign for southbound traffic on Smith Road, eastbound and westbound traffic on Main Street will be regulated by stop signs. Notification signs will be placed on Main Street in advance of the installation of the stop signs to advise motorists who frequently use that route.

Weather permitting; traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction on University Avenue between Orchard Street and Coler Avenue from 6:00 a.m. Saturday September 16, 2017 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday September 17, 2017 for maintenance to the overhead walkway structure being done by Oosterbaan & Sons Construction.
University Avenue will remain open to traffic at all times during the lane reduction. Traffic control will be in place to guide motorists through the areas where travel is reduced to one lane.

Periodic lane closures can be expected on Lincoln Avenue north and south of Green Street and on Green Street from Lincoln Avenue to Busey Avenue starting 7:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 25, 2017 until further notice.
Pedestrian access through this location will be maintained at all times..
